IFP Motion Solutions Inc. is a growing motion control company based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with operations in 13 states. All locations work together to provide a range of services including manufacturing, repair, design engineering, and distribution of components. Our customer base includes industrial manufacturers, mobile integrations, and fluid power OEMs. With a knowledgeable sales team and a large inventory, we have the capability to design, prototype, manufacture, and service a wide range of motion control systems. Summary: We are seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach to drive sales success and cultivate long-term client partnerships in the industrial field. Responsibilities and Duties: Establish and maintain value-based customer relationships daily. Assist customers in choosing the best components, services, or systems from IFP Motions Systems Inc. Coordinate customer needs regularly with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing Utilize external partner-supplier resources andwork closely with internal departments for technical support, to ensure seamless client experiences, and to coordinate solutions that meet the client’s needs. Utilize in-depth knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and electronics to advise clients on product selection, system integration, and customized solutions that align with their specific requirements. Use a CRM to manage and track sales opportunities through various stages of the sales pipeline. Actively participate in internal meetings to gain or share knowledge that will benefit customers. Expand the sales territory by developing new markets, establishing connections with potential clients, and identifying growth opportunities for the organization. Ideal candidate will have Strong mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics mindset Bachelor’s or technical Associate’s degree preferred. Or 2-5 years of experience in sales in an industrial environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our team, suppliers, and customers. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth. Benefits: The initial salary offered will match the candidate’s experience level.
