Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Must not be a new graduate. Prior clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist required.
• First-time travelers will not be accepted.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pelvic health, vestibular, TMJ, and typical orthopedic and post-operative patient populations.

Assignment Details

• Primary rate type indicates an 8-hour day schedule.
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• OT hours must be approved by the clinic director before being worked.
• Float to other clinics is not required.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide patient-centered rehabilitation in an outpatient setting. Maintain productivity while delivering evidence-based care across orthopedic, post-operative, vestibular, TMJ, and pelvic health presentations. Coordinate with clinic leadership to ensure appropriate scheduling and approval for overtime.
