Key Responsibilities for the Client Accounting Specialist:

Record and classify financial transactions for multiple client accounts

Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts

Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and supporting schedules

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

Support payroll, sales tax, and 1099-related processes

Qualifications for the Client Accounting Specialist:

2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or client accounting experience

Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software

Knowledge of merchant platform accounting, including Shopify, Amazon, or eBay

Accounting education, certification, or equivalent training
