It starts with the person who answers the phone. We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Care Representative (CCR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people. The staff (both the scheduler and the plumber) were extremely professional, helpful, and polite. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. I received a reminder call about 30 minutes before he arrived. The final cost was better than I expected. The work was done perfectly. The job site was cleaned up better than it was when he started. Megan, the receptionist was very helpful and kept us abreast of the time the materials were to arrive, the day they would be installed, and the approximate time the tech, William, would arrive.
