This is an opportunity to lead from the front, support and develop caregivers, and help shape a culture of clinical excellence and exceptional patient care. This is a 1.0 FTE, full-time day shift position , working weekdays only.

As an ANM, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with hands-on leadership, partnering with nursing leadership to guide daily operations, mentor caregivers, strengthen clinical practice, and ensure patients receive safe, high-quality, whole-person care.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN). Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.
• Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Shared Governance experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
