Position: Advanced Practice Provider – Neurocritical Care – Full Time (Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Location: Camden, New Jersey Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Regular Time Type: Full time Work Shift: Day and Night shifts Total Weekly Hours: 42 Overview As a Neurocritical Care APP, you will provide comprehensive overnight management of patients in the Neurocritical Care Unit. Responsibilities include ongoing neurologic and medical assessment, interpretation of diagnostic studies and neuroimaging, development and implementation of treatment plans, and responding to acute neurologic and clinical changes in patient status. This APP plays a key role in maintaining continuity of care, addressing emergent neurologic and medical issues, and supporting safe patient management throughout the overnight hours. The role requires a high level of clinical autonomy while working collaboratively with neurointensivists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, and the multidisciplinary critical care team to ensure timely, evidence-based care and optimal patient outcomes. Compensation Starting salary: $163,350 annually. The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and market data.
