About the role: As a Manager Commercial Enablement, you will lead the development and implementation of enterprise-level commercial analytics. These analytics, along with AI-enabled solutions, will strengthen sales effectiveness, enhance customer insight, and improve strategic decision-making. You will provide strategic oversight, lead the team responsible for managing the delivery of these programs, and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing platform maintenance and continuous improvement. You will report to the Director Commercial Enablement, Commercial Excellence and be located at the Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading teams (IT, Finance, external contractors, sales, and account managers) to deliver corporate solutions.
• Leading team to develop, deploy, and operate Artificial Intelligence (AI) augmented elements of Westinghouse commercial sales platforms.
• Providing strategic guidance on AI strategies and best practices.
• Leading team to develop, deploy, and maintain an enterprise Configure, Price, Quote platform.
• Defining the strategic orientation and related required tools to enhance Westinghouse commercial vision and values.
• Creating executive-ready updates: status reports and risk reports with mitigation plans.
• Facilitating project governance: weekly standups, monthly steering reviews, and software release approvals.
• Conducting regular reviews of the roadmap and project plans while incorporating feedback from partners and the team.
• Leading organizational performance through use of metrics along with managing goals and other important data needed to adjust strategies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years Project Management experience, with 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments. Experience architecting and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms to guide digital AI transformation. Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and external parties across multiple sites/functions. Experience managing international project teams. Energy sector experience in a Regional / Global role preferred. Experience work with enterprise data infrastructures. Experience with the Microsoft D365 and Power Platform preferred.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
