Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) | Ohio

Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services is recruiting experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) interested in behavioral health opportunities, including outpatient and telehealth settings throughout Ohio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support continuity of care
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Provide patient education regarding medications, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Adhere to applicable clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards of practice

Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required
Active PMHNP certification required
Active Ohio APRN license and DEA required
Minimum of 2 years of PMHNP experience preferred
Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or telepsychiatry settings preferred
Strong communication and patient assessment skills
