Campers Inn RV is looking for an Internet Sales Associate . This is an on-site, full-process selling role dedicated to closing digital leads remotely from Campers Inn's corporate office. What We Offer Ongoing career development opportunities: Specialized job training, certifications, and professional development, and assistance in continuing education Comprehensive health and welfare plan to all full-time employees (30+ hours/week), including: Major Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance (Basic, Supplemental, Spouse, and Child available) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off Qualified retirement plan (401k) with Employer Match Fair and competitive compensation Essential Job Functions Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process to close E‑lead customers remotely Receive leads and work them through to a closed sale Quickly and effectively respond to customers via company platforms and online sources, moving customers from email to phone or video to build rapport and momentum Prepare and present accurate quotes, negotiate terms, secure deposits, and guide customers through credit applications and trade appraisals Maintain a working knowledge of each product being sold, with the ability to speak credibly to floor plans, features, and comparisons Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team and coordinating delivery logistics with the customer's store Maintain an active, documented relationship with each customer in DP360 throughout the sales cycle Follow up and commit to a no‑pressure, high‑integrity approach with each customer Maximize conversion on assigned leads while delivering a customer experience that earns repeat and referral business Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue‑generating practices to the team and organization Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management Education High school diploma or equivalent is required License & Certifications Must be able to obtain State Salesperson License if required by state regulations Willingness to complete manufacturer and company product certifications as required for the role Experience Must be able to obtain State Salesperson License if required by state regulations Willingness to complete manufacturer and company product certifications as required for the role Abilities Demonstrated excellent computer skills, oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills Proven ability to close sales and manage a full remote sales cycle independently Ability to work flexible hours, as required.
