We're looking for an experienced Line Cook who takes pride in quality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative kitchen team.

What You'll Do As a Line Cook you are responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the restaurant’s standards. This position demands a high level of kitchen competence and the ability to handle a fast-paced cooking environment, work as a team and communicate well under stress.

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, plating standards, and quality expectations.

Set up and stock your station before each shift, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are ready for service.

Maintain consistent portioning and food preparation standards to ensure quality and control food costs.

Communicate promptly with Management regarding food quality concerns, equipment issues, or service delays.

Keep your station organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout each shift, notifying management when inventory is running low.

Follow all procedures for handling food allergies and dietary restrictions with accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment by following all health department regulations and restaurant sanitation standards.

Properly operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.

Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining composure, speed, and attention to detail.

Assist with receiving, rotating, labeling, and storing food using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team members to ensure a smooth and successful guest experience.

Be willing to assist in other areas of the kitchen and perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

We're Looking For Someone Who

· Has at least 1 year of line cook or professional kitchen experience

· Possesses strong knife skills and food preparation techniques

· Can multitask while maintaining quality and consistency

· Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and food safety

· Communicates effectively and enjoys working as part of a team

· Is reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every shift

ServSafe or Food Handler Certification is a plus, but not required to start

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

· Stand and walk for extended periods

· Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

· Safely use kitchen equipment and sharp knives

· Work in hot, cold, and fast-paced kitchen environments
