Fixed Operations Manager

Overview Toyota of Murfreesboro is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead and oversee our service, parts, and parts sales departments. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability in our fixed operations division. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the service and parts departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet dealership standards and goals. Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and labor hours in fixed operations. Collaborate with other dealership departments to promote a cohesive and customer-focused environment. Ensure compliance with Toyota corporate policies and industry regulations. Analyze fixed operations performance data and develop action plans for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in managing fixed operations within an automotive dealership. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of service and parts department operations and financial management. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Toyota systems and standards is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary of $150,000.00 per year.
