Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of therapists while delivering person-centered care through AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based programs
• Help manage financial goals and maintain regulatory compliance
• Be a Champion of the Journey by maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, co‑workers, and self.

Salary Range: $45 - $55/hr
