Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience. Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Making custom‑blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”. Friendly upselling of our nutritional supplements and vitamins. Providing guests with information regarding our products. Providing the best total experience in the business. Qualifications Able to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude. At least sixteen (16) years of age or older. Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary. Able to work shifts as early as 6 a.m. and on weekends. Energetic and dynamic individuals excited about health and fitness. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Food Service experience preferred but not required. Commission Sales experience helpful. Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests. Genuine care and understanding for people's needs. Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS! Reliable Transportation. Reliable Phone Service. Direct Deposit.
