Show Map Location 765 Center St,Auburn, ME, 04210,United States Description Assistant Service Advisor Monday- Friday 7AM to 5PM Salary Range: $45,000 to $65,000 per year Lee Auto Malls in Auburn is looking to hire an Assistant Service Advisor for our busy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and offer excellent customer service Translate customer-reported problems to actionable repair orders for technicians to complete Provide cost estimates; communicate additional repair or service needs to the customer Create and close repair orders in the database management system Order necessary parts and double-check that they are delivered to technicians Provide timely progress updates to customers Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize Valid driver's license and clean driving record Family-owned since 1936, Lee Auto Mall has grown to 14 locations statewide, employing over 400 people.
