Assist in the preparation of quotes on repair jobs and write service orders, obtaining customer approval. Open and close Repair Orders during periods of customer/service overflow. Assist the Shop Supervisor in assigning service technicians to specific jobs, monitoring progress, and keeping customers updated. Assist service technicians in identifying opportunities to up‑sell. Report all customer complaints to the Service Manager and/or the Assistant Service Manager. Inspect each departing job for quality and cleanliness. Finalize paperwork upon completion of work and at the end of shift. Check all cash schedules daily. Assist the Shop Supervisor daily and serve as relief during vacations. Promote good housekeeping and safe work practices. Perform all other duties as assigned. Service Advisor Requirements Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service Relations, vehicle environment, and employee supervision is preferred, but not mandatory.
