This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work environment that suits your personal needs while maintaining a professional setting conducive to patient confidentiality. Our fully virtual clinic operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with the freedom to manage your schedule without on-call responsibilities. You will be part of a collaborative team that encourages ongoing support and consultation to ensure quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via telehealth with individual adult clients, implementing tailored treatment plans based on personal assessments.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with other psychiatric providers and counselors to ensure comprehensive patient care, drawing upon a multidisciplinary approach.

  • Utilize digital tools and platforms, including symptom self-assessments and EHR systems, to monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and graph functional improvements.

  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases and participate actively in continuous professional development training related to our evidence-based care pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work primarily with adult clients seeking mental health support. Our patient population ranges from those experiencing anxiety and depression to individuals overcoming trauma or identity issues. Your efforts will provide them with the tools necessary to achieve self-awareness, personal growth, and effective coping strategies. By focusing on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, you play a pivotal role in not only enhancing individual lives but also improving the community's mental health landscape.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  • Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential.

  • Proficient computer skills are required, including a strong aptitude for navigating technology and telehealth platforms such as Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).

  • Must possess a personal workspace that ensures patient confidentiality and a reliable internet connection for uninterrupted telehealth service delivery.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a remote setting.
