The Ned's Club DC is seeking an exceptional Cocktail Server for The Drawing Room, a refined and dynamic entertainment venue within our private members' club. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for personalized service, fast-paced environments, and a strong understanding of luxury guest expectations.

The Cocktail Server will be responsible for elevating the guest experience in the Drawing Room before, during, and after live entertainment and performances. You will act as the primary point of contact for members and guests in the space, delivering swift, intuitive, and polished service that reflects the highest standards of Ned's Club.

Reporting into the restaurant management team and as the friendly face of the member experience you will:

• Deliver attentive, anticipatory service to members and guests across The Drawing Room, Library, and Cocktail Terrace
• Execute efficient and polished cocktail service in both refined lounge and high-energy environments
• Prepare and maintain your section before, during, and after service to ensure smooth flow
• Guide guests through cocktail offerings, upsell premium selections, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Accurately enter orders using the Micros POS system
• Maintain presentation standards and ambiance specific to each venue
• Support team members and bar staff in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness
• Respond to member and guest needs with urgency, professionalism, and discretion
• Maintain awareness of house events, performances, and offerings to enhance the guest experience

What you can bring to the role:

• Minimum 1–2 years of cocktail or upscale service experience
• Experience in high-volume, upscale lounge, restaurant, nightlife, or outdoor terrace environments preferred
• Familiarity with Micros POS systems
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine is a strong advantage
• A desire to learn and grow through ongoing training and development opportunities
• Availability to work evening and late-night hours including weekends, holidays and special events
• Comfortable working across multiple service environments, including outdoor service on the Cocktail Terrace
