Receptionist and Front Office Coordinator

West Law Firm, LLC is a plaintiff’s law firm located in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. We are a close-knit team focused on delivering real results for our clients and building a workplace where every member of our staff takes pride in what they do. We are growing, and we need the right person at the front of the house.

Position Overview

This is the front-line position of our firm. You are the first voice a client hears when they call and the first face they see when they walk through the door. We need someone who is professional, organized, and genuinely good with people. This role combines primary phone coverage with office coordination and direct administrative support for one of our partners.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming calls promptly and professionally, serving as the primary phone handler for the firm
• Greet clients and visitors and ensure a welcoming, organized front-desk experience
• Manage calendar, appointments, and client communications for one of the firm’s partners
• Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for outside vendors including IT, telecommunications, and security
• Coordinate with service providers for cleaning, landscaping, and general office maintenance
• Assist with general administrative tasks as directed by firm management

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a front-desk, receptionist, or office coordinator role preferred
• Strong phone presence and communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable managing a multi-line phone system and staying organized under volume
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and standard office tools
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to manage competing tasks without losing composure or dropping the ball
• Experience in a legal, medical, or other professional services environment is a plus, but not required

Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time, in-office position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits are available.
