Project Setup Lead

BioAgilytix seeks a Project Setup Lead in Durham, NC to manage accurate and timely establishment of customer projects, contracts, and system records. The role partners across revenue, accounts receivable, project management, and operations teams to ensure billing readiness and operational excellence in a fast-paced bioanalytical services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own project setup process and ensure accurate, timely configuration in NetSuite and related systems
• Review contracts, statements of work, proposals, and purchase orders to identify project and billing requirements
• Resolve setup-related exceptions and escalations with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain documentation, procedures, training materials, and support process optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or Contract Management
• Minimum 3 years of contract administration, project setup, or revenue operations experience
• Strong contract review and interpretation capabilities
• Process improvement and optimization experience
• Proficiency with enterprise systems such as NetSuite
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
