*What Youll Do*

* *Deliver Patient Care*
* Perform assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
* Administer medications and treatments per protocol
* Respond to urgent and emergent medical needs
* Document care accurately and timely
* *Support Clinical Operations*
* Maintain efficient patient flow and care delivery
* Follow established policies, procedures, and protocols
* Ensure compliance with healthcare and facility standards
* *Collaborate with the Team*
* Work closely with providers, MCS, and facility staff
* Communicate clearly regarding patient status and needs
* Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
* *Maintain Safety and Standards*
* Follow infection control and safety protocols
* Handle sensitive situations with professionalism
* Navigate a correctional environment with awareness and accountability
* *Contribute to Culture*
* Model professionalism and respect in all interactions

*Job Type:* Full time

*Work Location:* Yellowstone County Detention Center - In Person

*Shifts:* 3 - 12hr shifts.

*Day Shift: *6am to 6pm

*Night Shift:* 6pm -6am - $2 Night shift Differential
