ABX Senior Manager

Job Summary:BDO is seeking an Account-Based Experience (ABX) Senior Manager to manage the end-to-end orchestration of account-based marketing programs for high value accounts. With a client-centric mindset, this role will develop data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, delivering targeted and personalized 1:1 and 1:few account-based plays in close partnership with teams focused on client relationships and growth. The role will lead ABX governance, build scalable frameworks, templates, and playbooks, and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to drive measurable outcomes.Success requires strong project management skills, an analytical approach to inform campaign strategy and performance optimization, and the ability to align and influence stakeholders.Job Duties:Designs and executes 1:1 and 1:few ABX campaign strategies, project plans, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholdersBuilds and maintains relationships with business development, account teams, and client service professionals to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programsLeads kickoff meetings to confirm objectives, target accounts, messaging, roles, timelines, and success measuresAnalyzes customer data, intent signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimizationCreates and implements multi-channel programs (i.e., paid media, email, events) that deliver personalized customer experiencesEnsures campaign assets, channels, and activation steps align to ABX journey stages and account engagement goalsMaintains integrated campaign calendars, dependencies, and milestone tracking to keep work progressing through shared teamsCoordinates cross-functional handoffs across marketing, business development, account teams, creative, digital, events, marketing operations, and analyticsConsolidates campaign performance, insights, and learnings into standardized playbooks, templates, and operating proceduresTracks and reports on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approachesProduces and delivers executive-ready updates using key ABX KPIs (i.e., engagement, pipeline) for marketing leadership and account stakeholdersOther duties as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:N/AQualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:EducationBachelor’s degree required; focus in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Project Management, preferredExperienceSeven (7) or more years of marketing experience, including (5) or more years of ABX/ABX campaign management experience, required Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, required Experience working in a professional services environment (i.e., accounting, financial consulting, business advisory services and/or banking industries), preferred License(s)/Certification(s)N/ASoftwareProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, requiredExperience with ABM software and solutions (i.e., Demandbase), required Experience with CRM systems, required; prior experience with MS Dynamics, preferred Experience with AI tools and technology (i.e., Copilot), preferred Language:N/AOther Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, and account leadershipStrong project management skills, including dependency mapping, risk management, and timeline controlStrong facilitation skills for discovery, intake, standups, kickoffs, and retrospectives Ability to translate account priorities into clear campaign plans, briefs, and measurable outcomesAbility to standardize repeatable processes and produce scalable playbooks and templatesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and executive-ready status reporting capabilitiesStrong facilitation skills for kickoffs, working sessions, and cross-functional alignment meetingsStrong analytical skills for interpreting account engagement signals and producing performance readouts Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.National Range: $120,000 - $135,000Maryland Range: $120,000 - $135,000NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $120,000 - $135,000At BDO, how we show up matters.
