Chief of Staff, Product

To support the strategic growth of the Product team, the remote Chief of Staff, Product will manage leadership rhythms, co-own people processes, and curate the external product narrative while driving AI enablement initiatives and ensuring effective headcount and budget management. Key responsibilities Design and run product leadership team meetings, including agenda architecture and decision capture Co-own hiring and performance processes with HR, addressing structural risks proactively Drive AI retooling initiatives and curate the external product narrative through various communication channels Required qualifications 10+ years in product strategy or as a Chief of Staff to a senior product or engineering executive in a high-growth tech environment Proven experience managing people processes at scale in fast-paced organizations Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize narratives and draft executive communications Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of product metrics and financials Ability to operate with influence across senior leaders in various functions without direct authority
