Henning, Head of Data Science & Lead Developer Open Positions Senior Data Scientist – Banking ML Your responsibilities Design, train and deploy ML models for churn, propensity and next-best-action on transaction-level banking data Integrate models into the ACCELERAID prediction engine (batch + real-time scoring) Evaluate and improve model performance; own the MLflow experiment tracking Work closely with product and engineering to productionise models on Kubernetes What you bring 5+ years of hands‑on ML/data science experience in a production environment Python, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch or similar Experience with MLflow, feature stores and model serving Strong understanding of banking products and transaction data Nice to have Experience with Spark or distributed feature engineering Familiarity with GDPR-compliant data pipelines and PII handling Background in financial services or regulated industries Work on our CDP core: data ingestion, transformation and governance for leading European banks.
