Work Environment\n This position offers a full-time work schedule with the flexibility to work from home remotely, as well as in our outpatient office setting when needed. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, ensuring a thorough understanding of their challenges. \n Develop tailored treatment plans that consider each client’s unique goals, strengths, and needs, adapting approaches as necessary based on progress. \n Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions by employing evidence-based methodologies and interventions that promote healing and personal growth. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to provide integrated care and maximize outcomes for clients. \n Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records that comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines and facilitate meaningful insights for ongoing treatment. \n Engage in educational outreach to clients’ families, promoting their understanding and active involvement in the recovery process. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from varying backgrounds with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with adults and adolescents, providing culturally competent care that respects each client’s unique circumstances. Your contributions will directly impact clients' lives, fostering resilience and hope as they work towards mental wellness.
