What You'll Do

• Float within the PCU (Progressive Care Unit) and may cover other units within the hospital as needed
• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population with an approximate ratio of 1:3-4
• Start IVs, administer medications, and monitor patients using EPIC electronic health records
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain compliance with safety guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to unit changes and handle emergency situations effectively

What You Need

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS & ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in hospital or acute care setting
• Strong IV placement skills and experience with EPIC system
• Ability to float across units and adapt to different clinical environments

About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading hospital in Columbus, Ohio, within their Progressive Care Unit.
