Lead Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 93-unit Mayfair Court community in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will supervise maintenance staff and ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires a Monday–Friday on-site schedule with occasional overtime. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $33–$34, with benefits including health, vision and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time #J-18808-Ljbffr USA Multifamily Management, Inc.
