The Head Of Legal will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership and support a broad range of legal and business matters. This individual will balance strategic counsel with hands-on execution and help the organization navigate growth, complexity, and change.

Key responsibilities include advising senior leadership on legal and business matters, managing commercial agreements and contracts, supporting corporate and transactional initiatives, overseeing compliance and risk-related matters, managing relationships with outside counsel, partnering with leaders across the organization, developing scalable legal processes and practices, and providing practical guidance on complex or ambiguous issues.

The ideal candidate is an experienced legal leader with broad corporate and commercial experience and a track record of working closely with senior executives. Strong candidates will be pragmatic, entrepreneurial, confident, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with significant autonomy.

This role will work closely with leadership teams across the organization, with periodic travel as needed. Compensation is base salary in the low to mid $200Ks, plus equity.
