Mini Storage Facility Manager

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, helping customers, and keeping a property clean and well maintained. Responsibilities Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and show available storage units. Process rental agreements, move-ins, and move-outs. Collect payments, maintain accurate records, and follow up on past-due accounts. Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance or security concerns. Keep the office, vacant units, and common areas clean and presentable. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the team. Provide friendly, professional service and help grow occupancy. Requirements Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, email, and learning storage management software. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Comfortable handling payments and confidential customer information. Previous storage management, property management, retail, or office experience is preferred. Compensation & Schedule Starting pay of $15 per hour .
