Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Representative based in Virginia for a Remote , 3 month contract opportunity supporting a healthcare services program. This role is ideal for candidates in Virginia with call center or customer service experience who are comfortable assisting callers with sensitive information, eligibility questions, and program-related support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist callers with eligibility-related questions, program information, and next steps.
- Review, process, and verify documents such as income, identity, and other required information.
- Accurately document call details and customer interactions according to established procedures.
- Follow program guidelines, privacy expectations, and call center workflows to ensure quality service.
- Provide clear, patient, and solution-focused support to individuals handling sensitive information.
