Title: Production Technician

Location: Mount Bethel, PA

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay rate: $25/hr on w2

Job Description

• Start up and operate two ultra-high purity nitrogen plants (air separation units).
• Adjust plant operations using process control systems to meet production demands.
• Complete operational and maintenance tasks as part of an onsite team.
• Respond to plant alarms on nights and weekends when on call.
• Perform daily rounds, readings, and calibrate onsite gas analysers.
• Manage cryogenic tank inventories and customer supply.
• Complete preventative maintenance work orders per the published schedule.
• Maintain compressors, piping systems, cooling water systems, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot cryogenic gas systems and interprets.
• Adhere to all HSE standards and maintain high safety protocols.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of related operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google software and operator interface consoles (HMIs).
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation.
