Key responsibilities Review and submit claims to payors, perform account follow-up activities, and update patient account information Develop and maintain relationships with clinical departments and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving account issues Analyze and resolve complex billing cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate charge capture Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; college-level courses in Finance, Business, or Health Insurance preferred Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or hospital revenue cycle billing experience required, with a preference for professional billing experience Experience with follow-up collections and workers' compensation is a plus
