Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
• Valid and current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
• Demonstrated knowledge of respiratory therapy practices, procedures, and equipment
• Experience with adult and/or pediatric patient populations preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred

• Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory therapies based on physician orders and patient conditions
• Perform diagnostic procedures including arterial blood gas draws and analysis
• Administer oxygen, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy as indicated
• Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and home therapies
• Accurately document all therapy provided and patient responses in the medical record
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapid response calls
