Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Relief Resolution Officer / Sales Closer to join our growing sales team. This is a closing-focused position for a motivated sales professional who understands the tax relief industry, is confident conducting client consultations, and knows how to turn qualified opportunities into enrolled clients.

As a Resolution Officer, you will work directly with individuals facing IRS and state tax issues, assess their needs, explain available resolution options based on eligibility, address objections, and guide qualified clients through the enrollment process.

Duties:

• Conduct professional sales and resolution consultations with qualified tax relief prospects.
• Identify the client's tax concerns, financial circumstances, and resolution needs.
• Explain applicable tax relief services, program requirements, costs, and next steps accurately and professionally.
• Recommend appropriate services based on the client's circumstances and eligibility.
• Effectively handle objections, questions, and concerns throughout the sales process.
• Close qualified prospects and guide them through the enrollment and documentation process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Accurately document client information, conversations, sales activity, and follow-up in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, conversion, revenue, and performance expectations.
• Work closely with lead generation and case management teams to ensure a smooth client transition.
• Maintain a professional, consultative, and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
• Follow company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Stay informed on company services, sales processes, and applicable tax resolution concepts.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of direct tax relief, tax resolution, or related financial services sales experience.
• A proven history of closing qualified sales opportunities.
• Experience conducting sales consultations and converting prospects into clients.
• Strong understanding of the tax relief sales process and client enrollment cycle.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients dealing with sensitive financial matters.
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professionalism, reliability, confidence, and a strong work ethic.
• A goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to consistently improve performance.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in any of the following is highly valued:

• Tax relief sales.
• Tax resolution.
• IRS or state tax resolution services.
• Tax settlement services.
