Bartlesville Health & Rehab Community is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team. We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and hard-working team members who take pride in helping residents feel safe, clean, comfortable, and respected.

CNAs provide hands-on daily care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This includes assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, repositioning, walking, meals, hydration, call lights, personal care, and other activities of daily living. CNAs also help monitor residents and report changes in condition, mood, behavior, appetite, skin, mobility, pain, or overall well-being to the nurse.

This role is one of the most important positions in the facility. CNAs spend the most time with residents and help protect their dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life. A successful CNA is patient, kind, reliable, observant, respectful, and able to work well with nurses, CMAs, other CNAs, residents, and families.

Applicants must have a current Oklahoma CNA certification, good communication skills, a team-focused attitude, and a commitment to resident rights, infection control, confidentiality, and quality care.
