Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to support daily operations for a fast-paced demolition company. Construction industry experience is preferred, but demolition-specific experience is not required. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-accountability environment, can manage multiple moving parts at once, and enjoys building efficient systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate permits, regulatory filings, and utility locates (Blue Stake and NESHAP) Maintain schedules for crews, equipment, trucking, and foremen Dispatch hauling and confirm daily coverage Manage project onboarding, insurance documents, contracts, and vendor compliance Coordinate badging, background checks, travel, and per diem for field crews Maintain project trackers, schedules, and operational reporting Review daily field reports and update scheduling accordingly Support accounting with receipt coding and job cost tracking Improve workflows using AI, automation tools, spreadsheets, and process improvements Qualifications Construction or related operations experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Comfortable managing deadlines and coordinating across multiple teams Strong communication and follow-through Experience with spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and digital tools Tech-savvy mindset with interest in process improvement and automation is a plus What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented who can help keep operations running smoothly and support our field teams effectively every day.
