Job Summary The Call Center Specialist provides consistent, high‑quality customer service to internal staff and external patients. Responsibilities include managing calls, scheduling appointments, transmitting messages electronically, and answering medication refill questions, while ensuring confidentiality and efficient data entry. Responsibilities Actively manage each call by taking ownership and enhancing the customer experience. Schedule appointments and transmit messages to clinical teams. Answer questions regarding medication refills. Maintain accurate data entry and insurance billing information. Demonstrate proficiency in handling a busy phone system, multitasking, problem‑solving, and critical thinking. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in English & Spanish. Associate’s Degree or Medical Assistant Certification plus 1 year of experience. Experience in a call center or similar high‑volume phone environment. Electronic appointment scheduling experience. Strong customer service and excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Work Conditions Part‑time position ($21.00 per hour) with required full‑time training. Remote work available for U.S. residents (territories excluded). Must have reliable, high‑speed Internet access.
