- Full-time, permanent
- Replace retiring Physician
- Independent Contractor - 1099
- 25+ patients/Day
- Mon-Fri Compensation
- Independent Contractor
- 28.85 Per patient
- 60% of in office procedures (Average $100.00)
- 40% of HCC incentives
- Supervision of FNP or P.A $1300.00 monthly (Optional)
- 1,500.00 CHDP monthly stipend
- 3,000.00 monthly stipend (To use as they wish Malpractice, etc.)
- Average per year $239,000 Requirements
- 2+ years experience required
- Qualified candidates must possess a valid license to practice in CA (or eligibility), DEA and Board certification or Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
