As a Physical Therapist at Gaylord your responsibilities will include: Utilizing a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status. Devising and implementing appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency. Regularly re-assessing the efficacy of treatment plans. Providing appropriate education to patients and their families. Progressing patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.
