Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. You will assess individual performance against standardized evaluation criteria, maintain professional engagement with military leaders and operational teams, and support unit-level training to enhance readiness and capability integration. Additionally, you will contribute to curriculum development, training equipment management, and the continuous refinement of instructional methods through field-informed feedback and operational lessons learned.
