As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeFri08:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat08:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate site personnel and first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures, while maintaining a professional and courteous presence. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
