Infusion Nurse II: Home Care Leader & Mentor

Option Care Health, Inc. is hiring an Infusion Nurse II to deliver intermediate direct patient care in home and infusion suites under a physician's plan of care. You will coordinate treatments, educate families, and adapt plans as patient status evolves. Active RN license in the state is required, with at least 1 year of nursing experience and CPR certification.
