Job Summary
This position ties technology to our business needs and determines how new solutions, carrier business rules, and industry changes will affect our customers. BSA will perform analysis to ensure we maximize the positive impact across the business, documents what needs to be built and certifies the resulting product with our carrier business partners. This position enables the organization to achieve its goals and brings value to our teams and customers.
Qualifications / Responsibilities
- 5+ years of overall experience
- 4+ years of Agile experience
- 4+ years' experience with user story/use case creation
- 3 years of Project or Program management expertise
- Experience with SAFe Methodologies
- Azure Dev OPS/ADO-TFS, Visio
- Eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel)
- Ability to facilitate requirements through prototyping, wireframes as needed.
- Ability to go deeper with Technical writing of Features, for Technical Enablers or Modernization Initiatives
- Knowledge of Requirements Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Requirements Management
- Serves as the primary technical contact with carrier partners and certification teams.
- Stays current on industry best practices, trends, tools, and techniques. Builds solid relationships with all project stakeholder.
- Experience with Agile Business Analysis
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience
