Together, we want to partner with veterinarians to help build a network of Urgent Care practices across the country - tell us where you want to build your practice, and we will provide you with the full support to make it happen for $0 out-of-pocket. We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with us and become medical directors in a practice that we will build together. We're offering immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost!

We will provide you with a brand-new building and the state-of-the-art equipment needed to allow you to deliver world-class medicine. Location is completely flexible - let us know where you want to build in the US!

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in veterinary medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience
• Current DEA license/USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health's core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well
