Key Responsibilities Actively participate in bi-weekly team meetings to discuss progress and strategize upcoming tasks. Manage and prioritize backlog items using Jira, ensuring efficient workflow and timely resolution. Collaborate directly with business customers to understand their needs, refine requirements, and prioritize new features or fixes. Focus on one application at a time, providing dedicated support and expertise. Utilize strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues within existing codebases, ensuring application stability. Apply exceptional troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and address unique technical challenges as they arise. Maintain a deep understanding of customer relationships, communicating effectively and professionally, even when addressing frustrations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline. 2-4 years of experience in a technical role supporting IT applications. Strong understanding of general IT principles, with demonstrated proficiency in core technologies such as Java, .NET, Sequel, and Github. Solid database background, including experience with database management, querying, and optimization. Hands-on experience working within the Azure cloud environment. Proven ability to debug and fix existing code, not just create new solutions. Exceptional troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships. A team player who can understand and navigate business frustrations professionally.
