CNC Machinist

Pay rate is $28–$50/hr. Based upon experience. This is a full-time direct-hire position.

We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join our team specializing in engineered pump repair for the power generation industry. This is a direct hire position with full benefits and steady work.

This role is ideal for a machinist who enjoys precision work, challenging repairs, and solving real machining problems rather than just running production parts.

What you'll do:

• Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines
• Machine and repair industrial pump components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Hold tight tolerances and perform precision machining
• Troubleshoot setups and machining challenges

• $28–$50/hr. depending on experience

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years CNC machining experience
• Experience with CNC vertical and horizontal mills
• Strong setup and blueprint reading skills
• Solid CAM programming experience is a plus
• Reliable with a steady work history
