Benefits include a guaranteed pay for the initial 4 weeks as you ramp your caseload, clinical supervision by VA state-licensed LCSW-C and LPC at no cost to you, ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play, etc), a wide variety of patients for great exposure to new clinical experiences, an awesome leadership team focused on supporting you and your growth, steady pay with excellent benefits and bonus structure, ability to customize your hours, and ability to grow into a leadership role within the organization.Responsibilities and duties include evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, maintaining a caseload of 25 client sessions per week, providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and training, and other meaningful and important tasks.Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, being a licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia, and required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.Preferred qualifications and skills include creative and innovative approaches to mental health, experience with children, adolescents, and teens.What we have to offer includes a straightforward salary compensation package, excellent benefits package, PTO accrual, and professional development, flexible scheduling, hourly pay structure plus commission on claims, free access to an onsite gym, and access to a continuing education CEU library.Compensation: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearDon't meet every requirement?
