Reach Truck / Forklift Driver

We are hiring an experienced Forklift Driver / Reach Truck Operator for a full-time manufacturing and warehouse opportunity in Streamwood, IL. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating a reach truck and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck and other powered industrial equipment
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Transport materials to designated locations
• Assist with inventory movement and organization
• Safely stack and store products and materials
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
• Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to keep materials moving efficiently
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous reach truck experience is required
• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift
