Retail Display Installer – Technology (Field Service Representative) Location & Schedule Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Work Monday–Friday; weekends not required except for occasional assignments. Flexible schedule with occasional early mornings and holidays Compensation & Benefits $20.25 per hour Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid training and flexible self‑scheduling options with fixed shifts based on availability Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to field services management (within 24 hours of contact) Maintain accurate availability updates Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates Install, build, and repair displays, end caps, and fixtures according to planograms and client directives Conduct necessary surveys and upload required forms/images before leaving job sites Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional Participate in early‑morning installations and collaborate with teams of 2+ people; provide solution feedback Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines Assist other team members as needed to achieve shared service goals Submit accurate timecards, report anomalies daily, and maintain training and certification programs Remain available for weekend assignments as required Requirements Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night as needed Physical ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs., kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clocking, photo upload, and app use Must own an Android or Apple mobile device and be able to navigate communication platforms independently Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory Installation and merchandising experience preferred Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication Legal Notice We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organization and are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
