As a Financial Center Manager, you will lead a team that drives consistent operating rhythms, manages customer relationships, and delivers an integrated book‑of‑business strategy across all channels. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management. Execute a consultative sales process to identify financial needs of current and prospective customers and recommend appropriate solutions. Deliver an integrated book‑of‑business strategy, ensuring all customers receive a Financial Needs Assessment and are assigned to the appropriate banker for proactive support. Promote business growth through the development of deposits, assets, fee‑based services, and retention of new and existing consumer and business customers. Source, develop, and coach a team that reinforces core values and business strategies. Collaborate with business partners to cultivate a One Bank culture and proactively pursue community‑benefiting activities. Model ethical behavior by following the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies. Provide timely, candid feedback to employees, support career growth opportunities, and participate in succession planning. Qualifications College degree or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment; previous management experience preferred. Experience in the financial industry and managing a P&L a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills representing Fifth Third Bank professionally. Ability to analyze credit and financial information and make sound decisions. Ability to execute and coach sales activities, exhibiting business acumen. Required S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Working Conditions Normal office environment with extended computer screen viewing. Periodic travel within the Bancorp footprint for meetings and/or training.
