Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Pharma & Tech)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<\/u><\/b><\/div>

<\/div>

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Indeed, and other major job boards.
<\/div>

• Engage passive talent through Boolean and X -ray search.
<\/div>

• Screen for technical fit, work authorization (OPT, GC, USC), and compensation alignment.
<\/div>

• Submit candidates through VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday) per client SLAs.
<\/div>

• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
<\/div>

• Maintain accurate, real -time records in ATS/CRM (Zoho, Bullhorn, Jobdiva, or equivalent).
<\/div>

• Partner closely with Managers to understand client needs and optimize submittal quality.
<\/div>

REQUIREMENTS: <\/u><\/b>
<\/div>

<\/div>

• 4–7 years of technical recruiting preferably within Life Sciences and Tech at a staffing firm.
<\/div>

• Track record recruiting in Pharma/biotech, Medical Devices, IT, and Engineering <\/b>
<\/b><\/div>

• Hands -on experience working with MSP companies like – Magnit, KellyOCG, Manpower <\/b>
<\/div>

• Hands -on experience working with VMS platforms like – Fieldglass, Beeline <\/b>
<\/div>

• Understand U.S. work authorization types – US Citizens, GC, EAD, OPT etc..
<\/div>

• Must have recruiting experience in Life Science industry: Medical device, Pharma, biotech
<\/div>

• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
<\/div>

• Ability to manage 7–10 requisitions independently during PST hours 
<\/div>
